Vedic Meditation Course · Sydney

Learn once. Practise for life.

Four in-person sessions. A personalised mantra. A technique you carry for the rest of your life.

The promise

Most people who try meditation give up. This course is built so you don’t.

Apps want you to press play. Mindfulness wants you to watch your thoughts. Other techniques want effort.

Vedic Meditation wants none of those things.

Twenty minutes, twice a day, sitting in a chair, eyes closed. That is the practice. You learn it in four sessions.

Then you have it for life.

Is this for you

You don’t need to be the type who meditates.

Most students arrive here busy, tired and quietly sceptical. These are the three things we hear most.

“I've tried apps. They never stick.”

Apps are guidance. Vedic Meditation is technique. You learn it once, then you own it. No phone, no playlist, no one to press play.

“My mind is too busy to meditate.”

The technique does not ask you to clear it. It works alongside your thoughts. Busy minds get more rest, not less.

“I know I need to slow down. I can't seem to.”

Twenty minutes, twice a day, sitting in a chair. No lifestyle overhaul. Just enough rest to soften.

A deeply personal experience.

The course is taught privately or in small groups in Sydney. Close enough that you can ask every question, and relaxed enough that you actually want to. Most people are surprised by how quickly the technique feels natural.

What you learn

Four sessions. Everything you need.

Each session builds on the last. By the fourth, you can practise for life without instruction.

  1. 01

    Mantra Ceremony and First Instruction

    60 minutes

You receive your personalised mantra in a short gratitude ceremony, then meditate for the first time.

  2. 02

    Learning to Use the Mantra

    90 minutes

You learn exactly how the technique works and how to fold it into an ordinary day.

  3. 03

    The Mechanics of Stress

    90 minutes

You understand why this works. The biology of stress, the role of thoughts and how the practice begins to restore the nervous system.

  4. 04

    Expanded Awareness

    90 minutes

You explore what consistent practice opens up over time. You leave a fully independent meditator.

From a student

What it actually feels like.

I absolutely loved learning Vedic meditation with Natalia. When she first shared that she was always unable to meditate “properly” and could never get out of her head before she practised Vedic meditation, I could resonate with it so much. When we then started the meditations I could feel the difference in my day to day. After practising it for a while all I can feel is bliss and energy. Natalia mentioned to me it’s more restful than deep sleep and it 100% feels like that. No more fatigue and every time I practice it, I feel I’m going deeper. So thankful for this unique and life enhancing experience.

You won’t be practising alone

The course ends. The community doesn’t.

You have lifetime access to group meditations in Sydney. Students return to practise together, ask questions and stay connected.

Meditating with other people produces a stillness that is different from meditating alone. Most students say this surprised them.

Natalia stays available. The course does not end when session four ends.

Common questions

Before you decide.

Do I need any prior experience?

No. The course is designed for beginners and works equally well for people who have tried other techniques.

Is Vedic Meditation religious?

No. It is a secular technique drawn from an ancient tradition. No belief required.

How long until I feel a difference?

Most students notice changes within the first week. The deeper changes accumulate over months.

Can I really learn this in four sessions?

Yes. By session four you are a fully independent meditator. That's the whole design.

What if I can't afford the full amount?

Payment plans are available. Get in touch before booking.

I live outside Sydney. Can I learn online?

The four sessions are taught in person in Paddington. The intro talk and follow-ups can be online.
