“I've tried apps. They never stick.”
Apps are guidance. Vedic Meditation is technique. You learn it once, then you own it. No phone, no playlist, no one to press play.
Vedic Meditation Course · Sydney
Four in-person sessions. A personalised mantra. A technique you carry for the rest of your life.
The promise
Apps want you to press play. Mindfulness wants you to watch your thoughts. Other techniques want effort.
Vedic Meditation wants none of those things.
Twenty minutes, twice a day, sitting in a chair, eyes closed. That is the practice. You learn it in four sessions.
Then you have it for life.
Is this for you
Most students arrive here busy, tired and quietly sceptical. These are the three things we hear most.
Apps are guidance. Vedic Meditation is technique. You learn it once, then you own it. No phone, no playlist, no one to press play.
The technique does not ask you to clear it. It works alongside your thoughts. Busy minds get more rest, not less.
Twenty minutes, twice a day, sitting in a chair. No lifestyle overhaul. Just enough rest to soften.
The course is taught privately or in small groups in Sydney. Close enough that you can ask every question, and relaxed enough that you actually want to. Most people are surprised by how quickly the technique feels natural.
What you learn
Each session builds on the last. By the fourth, you can practise for life without instruction.
01
60 minutes
You receive your personalised mantra in a short gratitude ceremony, then meditate for the first time.
02
90 minutes
You learn exactly how the technique works and how to fold it into an ordinary day.
03
90 minutes
You understand why this works. The biology of stress, the role of thoughts and how the practice begins to restore the nervous system.
04
90 minutes
You explore what consistent practice opens up over time. You leave a fully independent meditator.

From a student
I absolutely loved learning Vedic meditation with Natalia. When she first shared that she was always unable to meditate “properly” and could never get out of her head before she practised Vedic meditation, I could resonate with it so much. When we then started the meditations I could feel the difference in my day to day. After practising it for a while all I can feel is bliss and energy. Natalia mentioned to me it’s more restful than deep sleep and it 100% feels like that. No more fatigue and every time I practice it, I feel I’m going deeper. So thankful for this unique and life enhancing experience.
