Prema Meditation

For Vedic Meditators

Deepen what you’ve already begun.

The four-day course gives you the foundation. What’s here is for meditators ready for the next layer: more depth, more community, more of what’s possible when the practice has time and room to expand.

Fortnightly

Fortnightly Group Meditations

Once a fortnight, the Prema community sits together. We meditate, then we talk: about what’s coming up in your practice, what’s happening in life outside it and what the tradition has to say about both.

Natalia weaves Vedic wisdom into the conversation so the practice keeps unfolding. The room is warm, honest and small enough that nothing gets lost.

Open to all Vedic meditators.

Advanced Technique

Advanced Technique

A deeper, more refined layer of the practice. The Advanced Technique introduces you to Ritam, the subtle in-between state where thought softens into pure awareness.

Perception sharpens. Intuition deepens. The practice becomes less about settling and more about expanding.

Best suited for meditators who have been practising for at least 12 months.

Learn to Round

Rounding is the natural next step once your daily practice is established. It combines specific yoga postures, pranayama and extended meditation into a single sequence, and the effect is unlike anything you reach in solo sitting alone.

Each round releases layers of stress the body has been holding for months, sometimes years. Most participants describe it as the first time they have experienced genuine physical and mental stillness at the same time.

Rounding is taught at retreats and through dedicated sessions with Natalia. Get in touch to find out what’s coming up.

Open to all Vedic meditators.

Yarranabbe Park

Sunset Meditation & Cacao

The one offering open to anyone, meditator or not. We meet at Yarranabbe Park, sit together as the city softens, then share ceremonial-grade cacao made by hand.

It’s a quieter way to end the week. Half practice, half community. Bring a friend.

Open to everyone, meditator or not.

Residential retreat

Retreats

A few times a year, we leave Sydney. The retreat combines extended meditation (Rounding), gentle yoga and breathwork with somewhere genuinely beautiful to do it: a property in Mudgee, ayurvedic meals, massage, real stars at night.

It is the deepest version of the practice and the shortest distance to it.

Open to everyone. You can learn to meditate at the retreat.
