What the course looks like

Session 1

On the first session you’ll witness a beautiful gratitude ceremony, receive your personalised mantra and will be guided into your first meditation.

Session 2

Session 2 is all about learning the correct technique. You will learn how the mantra works, how to use it effortlessly and what to do when thoughts come up (hint - having thoughts is not a bad thing!)

Session 3

Natalia will explain what happens to your body and mind during meditation and the mechanics of stress being released from the body. You will talk about your experiences and Natalia will help you refine the technique.

Session 4

On the last session you will receive bullet-proof strategies on how to make meditation a non-negotiable part of your daily routine and get an individual advice according to your schedule and lifestyle. You will also learn what future will look like if you practice Vedic meditation regularly.
