                      Advanced Technique
Take your meditation practice to a deeper, more refined layer of consciousness. The Advanced Technique introduces you to Ritam — the subtle, in-between state between thought and pure Being. This next step sharpens perception, deepens intuition, and enhances your ability to move through life with grace and insight.
Available to Vedic meditators with at least 12 months of regular practice.

                      Weekly Group Meditations
Join our weekly group meditation and knowledge sessions, open to everyone who has completed the 4-day Vedic Meditation course with a qualified teacher.
Every week we’ll get together to meditate and then have a chat about your experiences in meditation, outside of it and life in general. I’ll give you simple responses using ancient Vedic wisdom to give an expanded vision and a wider perspective.

Sunset Meditation and Cacao
Join us for a sunset meditation in Yarranabbe Park, where everyone is welcome, whether you practice Vedic meditation or not. After meditation, we'll connect, socialise, and have some ceremonial grade home-made cacao. It's a wonderful way to meet new people and unwind as the day fades into evening.
